C3 SNOWBIKE TUNNEL COOLERS

We love these on all our builds especially 2 strokes!
If your wondering if you need one this is what we use as a general guideline:
Stock/mildly modified 4 strokes-stock radiators work but spring riding using a small/single cooler in conjunction with radiators work great as they do tend to run hot tree riding, climbing and on the trail at lower speeds with large tracks.
Highly modified 4 strokes/big bores/turbos-dual/large coolers in conjunction with radiators/complete radiator delete with a large cooler is needed.
250/300 2 strokes-radiators alone are not enough, small cooler in conjunction with radiators are best as 2 strokes make the most power below 140f where 4 strokes make the best power 180-200f. Smaller displacement 2 strokes need high rpm to make power and struggle to stay cool enough to make peak power.
Big bore 2 strokes/BRC500-dual coolers/large cooler in conjunction with radiators or complete radiator delete work best as they make a ton of heat and like smaller displacement 2 strokes they need to stay below 140f to make peak power.
